Frequently Asked Questions - 


Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: Orders placed before 1pm (Brisbane Time - AEST) on a business day are shipped from our Brisbane warehouse same-day. If you order over a weekend, or after 1pm, then it will be shipped the next business day.



Q: Do you ship on public holidays?

A: No, as our shipping providers do not work on public holidays. This means we do not ship parcels on National or QLD public holidays (an updated list available here)



Q: Is everything on your site in stock?

A: Any item that you can add to cart is actually in stock. We only list items for sale that are actually available, so your order will definitely be shipped on time.



Q: Can I come and collect my order from your store?

A: Absolutely! We're open Monday to Friday and online orders are available for pick up after you have received a notification email or SMS that they have been Dispatched. Just choose Pick up In Store from the delivery options and drop in to our Warehouse Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm. Unit 6, 15 Landy Street, Northgate QLD 4013



Q: How much does shipping cost?

All of our Product pages contain a handy Delivery Estimator Tool that will allow you to review our range of delivery options, from lowest to highest cost, based on how quickly you need your items. If you are a logged in Account Holder you will automatically see the lowest cost delivery price based on your default delivery address, and this can easily be changed using the Tool. Whether you're shopping as a Guest or an Account Holder all of our delivery choices based on your location are also available in the Shopping Cart and at the Checkout.



Q: Can you Ship Express?

A: Sure! We offer Express deliveries across Australia using Australia Post Express Service. Prices are based on the items you are ordering, and your destination, so to get a quote simply add all your desired items to your cart and proceed to the checkout. Enter your state and postcode to get an exact shipping cost. If no Express quotes are shown, this could be because you are trying to purchase a bulky item which we can't ship express, but if you're unsure please contact us. Shipping Australia Post Express Service means that we will ship your order out same-day (or next day, if after our shipping cut off). Your parcel should be received next-day as long as you are in the National Next-Day Network. While unfortunately Australia Post does not guarantee next day delivery for any parcels sent on a business account like ours, we appreciate that it's frustrating to order Express and not have it delivered on time. So if you are in the next day network, and your parcel does not arrive (or show an attempted delivery on the tracking) by close of business the next business day after your order is dispatched, we will issue a store credit to the value of any additional amount paid for Express Shipping (the gap between what you paid for Express and what would have been charged for Regular post on that order).



Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A:Delivery times depend on where you live and the shipping method you select. To see an estimate on how long a package will take to arrive, please go to the website for the relevant freight provider (Click Here) and enter the from postcode as Nortgate QLD 4013 and say Castle Hill NSW 2154 as the to postcode and you will have a guide.



Q: My item has not arrived in the Estimated Time?

A: If after the estimated time it has not arrived, or you are concerned about it's progress, we suggest that you contact the freight provider first. They are best placed to track your parcel down and get it to you as soon as possible. However if you don't have any luck with them, then you can contact us and we'll try and get it sorted out.



Q: What does "Authority to Leave" mean?

A: Authority to leave means that your package will not require a signature upon delivery. This is great for people which are often at work when the postman/courier arrives, as they don't need to be home for delivery. You may receieve an email from our fright providers asking if you want to select "Authority to Leave" Trailers R Us will not be held responsible for any parcels which are lost or stolen. We do not recommend selecting if you live in a gated complex, or unit block. CHOOSE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
